and all we were told is " i need a carrier bag for my clent to pack the hotpot home"

So what we need to do first is find the correct dimensions for his bag, since everything start from a correct size when customize a packing material for your products, we are very good at this, very quick to have the size we recommened, also blank sample for test.
After that, the material will be the most important factor, decide how expensive it can goes, usually we will have 3 different material recommended, and listen to which kind of is most desired.
The third things you may never come up to mind, why we line it up as this, the Quantity, most of you must say, yes, i know the more, the cheaper. that's true, but let me tell you something you don't know. order quantity better up to 3000pcs for a reasonable price, since the minimum printing cost usually cover this quantity, some may be 6000pcs depending to how many pieces out of single print sheet, but the price won't has a obviously cut down once the quantity over than this, but it will be much difference on unit price on the quantity less than this.
All 3 important factors was done, the next is how complex of printing artwork was designed, the more processing required, the more cost caused, also the area of processing need to concerned as well.

Above all are some tips for your reference when considering to customize a carrier bag for your own brand, but i have to say that, we didn't mentioned Necessary factors and Unnecessary factors consideration.
